The legislature, or a joint committee of the legislature, may approve or disapprove, in the manner provided by law, any rule proposed by an administrative agency.
The legislature
may by concurrent resolution empower, or a joint committee of the legislature,acting between sessions, to suspendmay approve or disapprove, in the manner provided by law, any ruleor regulation promulgatedproposed by an administrative agencysubsequent to the adjournment of the last preceding regular legislative session.Such suspension shall continue no longer than the end of the next regular legislative session.
