Michigan Constitution of 1963 / Article IV § 13

Article V

Sec. 13: The legislature shall meet at the seat of government on the first Wednesday in January, nineteen hundred nine, and on the first second Wednesday in January in every second of each year thereafter, and at no other place or time unless as provided in this constitution; and each such annual regular session shall adjourn without day, at such time as shall be determined by concurrent resolution, at twelve 12 o’clock noon. No motion, bill or resolution pending in one session of any term shall carry over into a later regular session.
