Joint Resolution No. 5 of 1881

April 4, 1881; Approved 62,593 to 6,640 (90%)

Article VI

Sec. 12: The clerk of each county organized for judicial purposes shall be the clerk of the circuit court of such county, and of the supreme court when held within the same. The supreme court shall have power to appoint a clerk for such supreme court.
