Nathan Burgard serves as director of strategic partnerships at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. He began his career with the Center as an advancement intern in May 2021 and was hired full-time in January 2023.

Born and raised in Midland, MI, Nathan grew up learning from two hard-working parents the values of self-responsibility and integrity. He enjoys gaining wisdom and insight from our supporters that he meets with across the state. In his free time, you can find Nathan studying scripture, playing basketball, or attempting to learn new things.
