Center Analysts Discuss Illegal Unionization

Patrick Wright, director of the Mackinac Center Legal Foundation, was a guest on "The Greg Marshall Show" on WMKT AM1270 in Traverse City Wednesday, discussing a forced unionization scheme that has impacted thousands of home-based health care providers.

Most of these providers are family members caring for disabled relatives who were forced to become members of the SEIU. The union has taken more than $28 million in "dues" from these people since the scheme began.
