Christine M. Bowerson

Christine Bowerson was the senior director of operations and intern program coordinator at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy until 2025. Before that role, Bowerson was an advancement assistant with the Mackinac Center and worked full-time at the Center from February 2011 through November 2014, and returned to the Center as office manager in the operations department.

Prior to joining the Center, Bowerson held a variety of office management and assistance positions with both public-sector institutions, such as Northern Michigan University, and private-sector companies, such as Michigan-based Forward Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in office administration from Northern Michigan University and is a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.

Bowerson lives in Michigan with her husband and eight children.
