Jennifer Majorana
Majorana holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and a bachelor’s degree in linguistics and music.
Prior to joining the Center as assistant director of advancement, she held roles in higher education at Michigan State University, University of Michigan and Saginaw Valley State University. Most recently, Majorana was the Director of Adult Literacy at the Legacy Center for Community Success in Midland. She has published in a wide variety of outlets, including research journals, teaching encyclopedias, educational magazines and policy blogs. She has been writing professionally since 2014 and writing major grants since 2019.
