Correction - "For-Profit" O.K.

In last edition of MPR, author Jeffery Ware noted in his article, "Privatizing Teacher Certification," that the "bylaws of the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) specifically prohibit for-profit membership." The AACTE does, in fact, maintain for-profit memberships. In addition, last year, AACTE officials voted to begin accepting for-profit "affiliate" members to whom it once denied membership.
