Earth Tech Scores New Contract
BROWNSTOWNEarth Tech was awarded a five-year, $10.5 million contract to provide operation and maintenance services for the South Huron Valley wastewater treatment system on March 1, 1999. Through the contract, South Huron Valley Utility Authority is expected to save $1 million annually. The utility will serve a population of approximately 90,000 people.
Earth Tech worked closely with the local American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees union Local 1659 to facilitate transition of employees from county personnel to Earth Tech staff.
