The Refuge by the Property Rights Network

The Refuge is published three times a year by the Property Rights Network, a nonpartisan statewide organization established to protect and advance property rights in Michigan, and affiliated with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, a nonprofit, nonpartisan, tax-exempt research and educational institute dedicated to analyzing Michigan public policy issues. The Refuge is distributed to Michigan residents who have expressed an interest in property rights matters, as well as members of the media and lawmakers and policy staff in the Michigan House, Michigan Senate and Office of the Governor.
