C. Jarrett Dieterle was a 2011 communications intern at the Mackinac Center. Dieterle graduated from the University of Richmond in 2010, majoring in political science and minoring in economics. He wrote weekly Op-Eds for the university paper, and studied for a semester in New Zealand.

Hailing from Ann Arbor, Dieterle plans to attend Georgetown Law School in the fall of 2011.

Dieterle plays mandolin and violin, and has been in a music video.
