Robb Frederick is the environmental reporter for the Erie Times-News in Erie, Penn., and teaches journalism at Penn State University. He has worked in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Frederick earned a bachelor of arts in communications from Penn State University in 1992 and a masters of arts in journalism from Northwestern University in 1993.
