WNEM5 television (covering Flint, Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland) aired a report on how one Michigan public school district is maximizing it's education dollars.  Reporter Laura Lee spoke with Mackinac Center for Public Policy privatization and education experts for background and data for her story.  In an on-air interview, Mackinac Center Director of Education Policy Matthew Brouillette explained how outsourcing can improve the quality of non-instructional services while simultaneously saving more money for use in the classroom.
