The state payment for the students listed in this line of the report is discussed above under “53a: Court- and State Agency-Placed Students,” under "Operating Monies for Special Education." The SAFSR shows that an estimated $141,920.20 will be paid to the Grand Rapids district in fiscal 2007, with a state payment to the district of $12,900.55 in December 2006.
