Jan. 25, 2012, the Indiana House passed a bill that would make it illegal to force a worker to finally support a union to retain his or her employment. This will make Indiana the 23rd state to adopt such legislation and the first in the Midwestern manufacturing belt. Senior Investigative Reporter Jack Spencer wrote from Indianapolis on the battle.
