*On September 1, 1984, MESSA entered into an agreement with MEDNA
for certain administrative services. After this date, MESSA paid MEDNA a lump sum for
services rendered by MEDNA. The figure for 1984 includes separate payments in the amounts
of $1,455,264 for data processing and $102,738 for administrative services.
