MIDLAND — Mackinac Center Senior Legal Analyst Patrick J. Wright and Mackinac Center Communications Specialist Kathy Hoekstra will be testifying at a Michigan Senate Finance Committee hearing today on the Michigan Film Incentive. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. in Room 110 of the Farnum Building, located at 125 W. Allegan St. in Lansing, Mich.

Written testimony from Mackinac Center Director of Fiscal Policy Michael D. LaFaive will also be submitted at the hearing.
