The Mackinac Center for Public Policy and Northwood University Forum for Citizenship & Enterprise cordially invite you to join us in celebrating Milton Friedman Legacy Day 2015 at an event from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31, in Midland. We are proud to join with organizations across the country in recognizing the late Mr. Friedman on the anniversary of his birthday.

taylorPlease be our special guest for breakfast and hear keynote speaker Dr. Jason Taylor, the Jerry and Felicia Campbell Chair Professor of Economics at Central Michigan University, and member of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy Board of Scholars. Dr. Taylor’s talk, “Thanks to you, we won’t do it again,” is a nod to former Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, as he addressed Dr. Friedman and his wife Rose on Friedman’s 90th birthday. Dr. Taylor will touch on several policy lessons Friedman has taught us.

This event will take place in the Herbert D. Doan Welcome Center, at 3417 West Main Street, Midland, MI 48640, just outside the main campus entrance to Northwood University.

Space is limited and this exclusive engagement will fill up quickly, so we hope you will accept this invitation to be among our very special guests for this event. Thanks to a grant awarded by the Friedman Foundation, this event is brought to you at no charge.
