2008 Per Capita Disposable Personal Income Growth
Per capita disposable personal income is personal income minus taxes divided by population. It’s the average amount everyone in a state has to spend at their choosing. In RTW states, PCDPI grew by 4.2 percent in 2008, non-RTW by 4.2 percent and Michigan by 3.4 percent.
