Mackinac Center President Lawrence Reed will present "America's Greatest Challenge: It's NOT Terrorism!" to attendees of one of the nation's oldest and largest investment conferences, the 2004 New Orleans Investment Conference, held Nov. 10-14. Reed will also join former CIA Director George Tenet, former House Majority Leader Dick Armey, and historian Douglas Brinkley on the panel "Geopolitics and the Economy."
