King of the Wind Farms

About this video: The erosion of property rights in Michigan is perhaps the biggest threat to the survival of our state. Last winter, the Mackinac Center’s Property Rights Network produced a video of the problems encountered by the Michaels family and their King of the Wind Farms in Macomb Township. Those problems persist, resulting in the recent six-day incarceration of both Ron and Dolores Michaels for noncompliance with a consent judgment. This new video features comments by Cindy Victor, the Michaels’ attorney; Lawrence Dloski, the township’s attorney; and Patrick Wright, the Mackinac Center’s senior legal analyst. The video is 8 minutes and 52 seconds.
